This document will allow you to know our privacy policy to understand how your personal information is managed when you use our services and to allow you to give express and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in the sections of the Site.
This is an information notice that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code and the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data (EU 2016/679).
The information is provided only for this Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

The processing that we intend to carry out has the purpose of allowing the provision of the Services requested by you.

Types of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to art. 7  of the Privacy Code,
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the European Regulation  for the protection of personal data: the interested party has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance.
Pursuant to Article 77 of the European Regulation  for the protection of personal data: Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the interested party who considers that the processing concerning him or her violates the regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest).
